Secured Overnight Financing Rate Data

The Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) is a broad measure of the cost of borrowing cash overnight collateralized by Treasury securities. The SOFR includes all trades in the Broad General Collateral Rate plus bilateral Treasury repurchase agreement (repo) transactions cleared through the Delivery-versus-Payment (DVP) service offered by the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC), which is filtered to remove a portion of transactions considered “specials”. Note that specials are repos 如何使用 Trading Central for specific-issue collateral, which take place at cash-lending rates below those for general collateral repos because cash 如何使用 Trading Central providers are willing to accept a lesser return on their cash in order to obtain a particular security.

The SOFR is calculated as a volume-weighted median of transaction-level tri-party repo data collected from the Bank of New York Mellon as well as GCF Repo transaction data and data on bilateral Treasury repo transactions cleared through FICC'如何使用 Trading Central s DVP service, which are obtained from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Financial 如何使用 Trading Central Research (OFR). Each business day, the New York Fed publishes the SOFR on the New York Fed website at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET.

For more information on the SOFR’s publication schedule and methodology, see Additional Information about Reference Rates Administered by the New York Fed.

Grading

PSA is the largest and most respected third-party authentication and grading company in the world for trading cards and memorabilia.

Authentication is the process of verifying the originality or genuineness of a trading card. Grading is assessing the quality and condition of a trading card using PSA’s 10-point grading scale. Grading can only take place after a trading card has been deemed authentic.

Whether vintage, modern or TCG, PSA authenticates and grades cards throughout the hobby. Learn more about our grading process, insightful content and collecting resources below.

The Trading Card Authentication & Grading 如何使用 Trading Central Process

A series of PSA graders review your cards for authenticity. If genuine, PSA looks for evidence of doctoring, such as re-coloring or trimming.

If your cards pass authentication, PSA grades the condition of each card on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being best.

PSA encapsulates each card in its own sonically sealed, tamper-evident case. The card's grade and certification number are displayed on the PSA LightHouse™ label.
